Saw something objectionable in the app or on the site: a post, listing, photo, chat message or profile? Use the Report option on the content itself in the iamcity app, or email iamsuratcity@gmail.com with a screenshot or link. We review every report and act within 24 hours: objectionable content is removed and repeat offenders are ejected. See our content standards.

• Something broken or confusing? Tell us the screen and what happened, on WhatsApp or email. A screenshot helps.
• Blocked someone by mistake? Open the same profile, chat or post and tap Unblock.
• Spin and Win questions? The official rules are inside the app on the Spin screen. Prizes are serviced by us; Apple is not a sponsor of, or involved in, any contest in the app.
