Terms of Service

1. Who you're dealing with

iamsuratcity.com and its social channels are operated by Eagle Wing Agency, Surat, Gujarat, India. Contact: iamsuratcity@gmail.com · WhatsApp +91 83200 62415. By using the site or buying any service you accept these terms.

2. Paid services

• Promotions & featured placements (posts, reels, featured listings, newsletter features): the deliverable, schedule and price are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp or in a quote before payment. A slot is booked only once payment is confirmed by us.
• Daily Brief: ₹49/month after a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime by replying STOP or messaging us. No further charges after cancellation.
• Insider Pass: membership tiers and prices are shown on the Insider Pass page at purchase time.
• Prices are in INR. Where GST applies it is stated on your invoice.

3. Payments

We currently accept UPI. A payment counts once we verify the UTR/reference. Your invoice is issued on request to iamsuratcity@gmail.com. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation policy.

4. Referral programme

Referral commission (10% of the first campaign value of a client you introduce) is paid after the client's payment clears in full, via UPI, within 15 days. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and referrals of existing clients don't qualify. We may amend or end the programme prospectively at any time.

5. Submissions & content

By submitting a deal, event, listing, tip or any content, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish and adapt it across our site and channels. We vet submissions and may decline or remove any content. Editorial coverage is never guaranteed and is not for sale; paid placements are always labelled.

5a. Community rules: zero tolerance for objectionable content

These rules apply to everything a user posts on iamsuratcity.com or in the iamcity app: Connect posts, bazaar listings and chats, talent profiles, Voice complaints and comments, matrimony profiles, and any other submission. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Prohibited: nudity or sexual content; harassment, threats or hate speech; violence or gore; scams, fraud or impersonation; illegal goods or services; spam; another person's private information posted without consent.

• Submissions are reviewed before publishing wherever the surface supports it, and all content is subject to removal.
• Every post, listing, chat and profile in the app carries a Report option; anyone can also report content from the support page.
• Users can block an author in the app; blocked authors disappear from that user's feeds instantly and we are notified.
• We act on reports within 24 hours: objectionable content is removed and repeat or serious offenders are ejected from the platform.

6. Accuracy & liability

We work to keep listings, stats and city information accurate, but they're provided "as is", so verify details (timings, prices, availability) with the business before acting. To the extent permitted by law our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.

7. Disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law; courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
