Mumbai: The state cabinet has approved the renewal of land lease of the NGO National Society for Clean Cities India. A govt press release stated the NGO was given 6,110 sq m of land on lease in Bandra. The lease expired in Sept 2017. On Tuesday, the cabinet approved the lease renewal for 30 years from Sept 2017 by charging a nominal annual ground rent of Re 1.
