Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt. Ltd. has received Occupation Certificates (OCs) for Alliance Vista in Vile Parle East and Alliance Abhimanyu in Malad West, with both projects now fully sold out. Alliance Vista comprises residential and commercial spaces, with its residential component offering 2 BHK and 4 BHK homes ranging from 554 to 1,117 sq. ft. of RERA carpet area. Alliance Abhimanyu on Marve Road in Malad West comprises 2 BHK and 3 BHK residences ranging from 600 to 821 sq. ft. of RERA carpet area. Handover at Alliance Vista began in June 2026, while Alliance Abhimanyu has received its OC and is cleared for occupation.
