Tracked Satish Maratha for 7 days using GPS: Accused Rahul Mandal killed him; flaunted clout in ‘Khalnayak’

According to police, Mandal allegedly planned Maratha’s murder while lodged in jail. Investigators have also found that a GPS tracking device was installed in Maratha’s car seven days before the killing to monitor his movements.
Mandal, 28, is reportedly known for making villain-themed reels on social media. Police said, “He already has around 15 criminal cases registered against him.”
He is currently lodged in Lajpore Jail in connection with a case registered under the Gujarat Control of Terrorism and Organised Crime (GUJCITOC) Act.
With police apprehending a possible gang-war angle in the case, investigators have taken additional precautions while questioning Mandal.
Instead of keeping him at the police station, officers are interrogating him at a undisclosed location to prevent any possible confrontation or security threat.
