The cyber cell has arrested a fraudster from Mumbai who was posing as a forensic cybercrime specialist in Surat. The 34-year-old, Priyank Sameerbhai Vyas, holds advanced degrees such as B.Tech and M.Tech, but turned to crime after remaining unemployed.
