Surat Vande Ayucon controversy fake doctor award scandal. The man against whom the Navsari SOG had registered a case and sent to jail was honoured with the Ayurveda Seva Ratna award by state minister Praful Pansheriya on 4 October, triggering intense outrage in medical circles. However, following strong protests and the exposure of the matter, the organisers eventually withdrew the award with immediate effect.
