The Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train project is developing a three-depot maintenance network at Thane, Surat, and Sabarmati to support inspections, repairs, and overhauls of high-speed trainsets. The distributed system is intended to improve operational reliability and train availability across the 508-km corridor.
