The accused then allegedly made a WhatsApp call threatening the complainant, saying, “I will not let you remain alive.” A case has been registered at Utran police station. After learning that accused Deep Dobariya had previously rented cars from other friends and had allegedly been reluctant to return them, Miraj clearly refused to rent him his car two months earlier.

At around 9.30 pm on 9 September, Miraj was travelling in a Creta with his friend Bhavdeep when they passed Vastu Circle in Mota Varachha. Deep Dobariya arrived on an Activa with two associates.
