Acting on a specific tip-off, Sachin GIDC police raided the location, cordoned off the accused and sent him to jail in the case registered under the NDPS Act.

Odisha native was living in Surat The 24-year-old accused arrested by the police has been identified as Madhu Jogi Sahu. He is originally from Kanyariabadi village in Odisha's Ganjam district. He had kept a house in Sai Bhupat Society in Surat's Sachin GIDC area and was living there in hiding.
