Lukson Powers Lab-Grown Diamond Production with Solar Facility in Surat

Equipped with 500 CVD reactors, the facility handles the complete production process in-house, including diamond growing, coring, slicing, laser processing, cutting, polishing, and grading. This vertically integrated manufacturing model enables quality control and traceability across the entire supply chain, an increasingly important factor in India's growing lab-grown diamond and jewellery market.

The Group has also undertaken environmental initiatives beyond manufacturing. It has planted more than 1 lakh trees across Gujarat as part of its sustainability efforts. Additionally, the JK Star Charitable Trust has allocated over 10 percent of net profits from all five group companies since 2019 toward education, healthcare, tree plantation, environmental sustainability, and food distribution programs. Lukson's lab-grown diamonds are certified by international gemological laboratories including IGI, GIA, and GCAL. The Group currently maintains an inventory of approximately 40,000 certified stones across its offices in India and New York.
