Sahil (name changed), a resident of Utran, married Komal (name changed) in 2017. The couple have a son. Komal alleged that soon after their marriage, she began noticing her husband’s behaviour and what she described as his perverse mentality.

She claimed she discovered that Sahil was involved in relationships with other women and found several videos, leading to frequent arguments between them. Komal further alleged that Sahil suggested they participate in couple swapping. When she refused, he allegedly assaulted her.
