Gujarat HC, Surat court bomb threat case: Cyber Crime presents both accused in court; remand granted till 3

Both accused were presented in the Ahmedabad Metropolitan Court today, where the Cyber Crime branch requested a 10-day remand. However, the court granted a five-day remand, until 3 PM on September 13th.

It is noteworthy that upon police interrogation, it was revealed that both individuals were previously imprisoned in Surat's Lajpore Jail in an NDPS case and were currently out on parole. It was discovered that they sent the threatening email to avoid appearing in court for their scheduled hearing on September 5th.
