Folk Singer Awadhish Haryani’s Car Collides With Mercedes

A car accident involving popular folk singer Avadhish Haryani was reported near Setubandh Char Rasta in the Sarthana area of Surat on August 26. According to the information available, Haryani was travelling in a Creta when the car allegedly collided with a Mercedes, leaving its driver injured.
The incident took place amid concerns over speeding in the city. CCTV footage of the collision has also surfaced.
According to the complaint, car number GJ-27-BZ-8173 was allegedly being driven at high speed near Setubandh Char Rasta when it collided with a Mercedes bearing registration number GJ-06-PL-8889.
The impact was considerable, and the Mercedes driver reportedly suffered injuries to his lip and left hand.
The collision also caused significant damage to the bonnet of the car, with the damage estimated at around ₹2–3 lakh.
