Builder murdered on Surat bridge, accused flee on wrong side: 4 youths on 2 bikes stab him 19 times; contra

CCTV footage shows the four assailants fleeing towards Pandol on two mopeds from the wrong side of the road after the murder. Chowk Bazaar Police and the Crime Branch have intensified the investigation.

The assailants followed Faisal as part of a pre-planned attack. When they found an opportunity on the bridge, they surrounded him and repeatedly stabbed him.

The builder collapsed at the spot and died from his injuries. The area around the crime scene was covered in blood. CCTV footage later captured the four accused fleeing towards Pandol on two mopeds, driving on the wrong side of the road.

Chowk Bazaar police are tracing the accused using the registration number of the moped captured on CCTV.

During the investigation, police identified Vasim and Abhishek, residents of Bhathena, as suspects. Following the vehicle trail, police reached the house of one of Abhishek's relatives and found that Abhishek had taken the moped.
