Australian Macadamia Festival returns to Mumbai with city-wide culinary showcase

The Australian Macadamia Society (AMS) will bring the fourth edition of the Australian Macadamia Festival (AMF) to Mumbai from September 26 to October 4, bringing together restaurants, bakeries, cafes, bars and dessert destinations for a city-wide culinary showcase.

The festival was first launched in Mumbai in 2023 before travelling to Delhi and Bengaluru. Its return to Mumbai will feature participating venues incorporating Australian macadamias across savoury dishes, baked products, desserts and beverages.

SAZ American Brasserie will use Australian macadamias across croquettes, mains and desserts. Indu Ice Cream will serve Brown Butter Australian Macadamia with fudgy brownie bits, while Igloo Craft Beers will present a special Australian macadamia beer.

Torii by Gauri Khan will present a Five Expressions of Macadamia Nuts menu featuring scallop tiradito, vegetable dumplings, a robata grill platter, ginger and lotus seabass and macadamia mille-feuille.
