Coming in May 2027, San Diegans can fly directly to Paris and back aboard Air France.
The flight to Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport plugs a significant hole in San Diego’s international travel network, according to officials. San Diego International Airport had been the largest airport in the US without nonstop service to Paris.
In fact, Paris was the largest international market where San Diego lacked a link.
San Diego is a market with tremendous potential, and we are pleased to build on the growing demand for transatlantic travel and introduce a new direct connection to Paris,” said Nicolas Hénin, an executive at Air France-KLM, in a statement.
The flights, which start May 3, 2027, will occur every Monday, Wednesday and Friday on an Airbus A350.
