Bharat Narang on shifting to the city of dreams: Mumbai tests you before it accepts you

Actor Bharat Narang, who is currently seen playing the role of Maddy, a wealthy and arrogant spoilt brat, in the television romantic family drama 'Dilon Ki Ram Leela'. He opened up about shifting to Mumbai for work and the struggles he faced initially after moving here.

Bharat, who has previously featured in shows like 'Satyaa Sachee', 'Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile', 'Dahej Daasi' and 'Mann Atisundar', is not originally from Mumbai.

Talking about his journey, the actor said, "Honestly, I am not originally from Mumbai. I shifted here because of work, because if you want to be an actor, you eventually have to be in Mumbai. And yes, initially it was not easy. I think anyone who comes to Mumbai to become an actor will tell you the same thing. This city tests you a lot before it accepts you.

He shared, "The first struggle is to understand the city itself. The pace here is very fast, everything moves quickly. You have to catch up with it. Then there is the audition phase. You go for auditions every day, you wait for hours, sometimes you get selected, most of the times you don't. And you have to go again the next day with the same energy.
